Auditors

The auditors' duties include, for example, auditing Kaunis Holding AB and its Swedish subsidiaries' bookkeeping and annual reports according to International Standards on Auditing and the Swedish Companies Act, as well as the management by the board and the CEO, with the aim of providing the auditors with the necessary basis for their audit report to the annual general meeting.

The auditors meet with the board once a year to report their observations.
