Annual general meeting 2026

The Annual General Meeting of Kaunis Holding AB will be held on 16 June 2026 at 14:00 (CET) in Stockholm.

Shareholders will be convened and informed in due course through customary channels, and no later than four weeks prior to the meeting. Ahead of the AGM, the notice to attend, including proposed resolutions, as well as other required documentation, will be made available.

The Board of Directors has further resolved to initiate preparations and planning for a potential listing of the company’s shares. No formal decision has yet been made, and any potential listing is expected to take place no earlier than the second half of 2026.

The purpose of the potential listing is to strengthen the company’s and its shareholders’ long-term prospects and to enable more structured trading in the company’s shares. An update on the status and process relating to a potential listing will be presented at the AGM.
